About This Team


The social team manages the strategy and delivery of content across owned and earned social channels in EMEA, driving brand awareness and consideration in the region.

A day in the life, what you’ll do:

  • The Social Media Manager, Franchise will lead franchise partners in markets across EMEA to manage all social content on owned channels and franchise channels. They will need to have great project management skills as they co-ordinate the needs of partners’ through-the-funnel media plans – overseeing strategy but also getting into the detail of setting up campaigns. They will also have a creative eye, obsessing over best in class social, as they act as brand guardian for content created by our franchise partners across paid boosting and Creator collaborations. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager, Social and Content.
  • Lead Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners in the Middle East, Turkey, and Europe, enabling them to create localized, best-in-class social content.
  • Manage Media Plans: Acting as the conduit between franchise partners and media agencies to set up and deliver through-the-funnel paid social campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Deliver Localised Content: Work with global teams to localise and deliver global campaigns that resonate with regional audiences, in local language, raising brand awareness across EMEA.
  • Content Strategy: Plan, manage, and maintain the social strategy and content calendar monthly, ensuring alignment across teams and platforms.
  • Champion Paid Content: Develop best-in-class UGC paid assets to optimize media performance.
  • Lead Creator Collaborations: Oversee and manage local Creator campaigns in multiple markets, supporting key campaigns and activations.
