Sleep like Kim Kardashian with this health tracking ring

Kim Kardashian is running an empire, in between Skims, KKW beauty and getting people off death row, it is surprising that she gets enough sleep…but it turns out she is actually sleeping extremely well, according to her Oura Ring.

Ms Kardashian recently shared with her 264 million instagram followers that she did in fact sleep 9.36 hours that night.

This caught the attention of health and wellness queen, Mrs Goop herself, who reposted Kardashians story, adding “How is this possible? @KimKardashian are you a 16-year-old boy on a Saturday morning???”.

Gwyneth Paltrow then shared her Oura ring sleep tracker, showing she had slept 8.29 hours, adding “@KimKardashian I though for sure I would win. Foiled (sic) again!”.
