Jacquemus’ Spring 2025 Runway Show Will Be Filmed Only On iPhones

With just a week to go until Jacquemus’ Spring 2025 runway show in Paris, Simon Porte Jacquemus is shaking things up in classic Jacquemus fashion. His latest twist? The entire show will be filmed exclusively on the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I wanted it to be almost like a presentation; they will feel the dresses on them as the models walk by.”

I was taking pictures with my iPhone, and it was a very easy way to interact with my audience; so I came up with this idea of just filming the show with iPhones and no humans.”

Wait, no humans? Don’t worry—it’s not a dystopian robot takeover. Instead iPhone 16 Pro Max devices will be strategically placed throughout Perret’s iconic apartment. This setup allows for unique angles that traditional cameras could never achieve. “We can place iPhones in places where we usually would not be able to,” Jacquemus told Vogue. “We can place an iPhone to reflect off of a mirror, which adds a lot of poetry. It’s really nice.”

Even though Jacquemus has pulled off ambitious projects before – this one feels especially daring.”“We had another option for a bigger place, but I never like an option B,” he admitted to Vogue. “This was kind of hard to get, and it’s beautiful.
