Meghan Markle is stepping further into the world of entrepreneurship—not just as a founder but as a podcast host diving deep into the realities of building a business. Her new show, “Confessions of a Female Founder,” is set to launch on April 8 via Lemonada Media, and it promises candid conversations with women who have turned ideas into empires.
Markle describes the show as a space where female founders can openly share their experiences, offering insight into the highs, lows, and unexpected twists of entrepreneurship. “I’ve been having candid conversations with amazing women who have turned dreams into realities, and scaled small ideas into massively successful businesses,” she announced on Instagram. “They’re opening up, sharing their tips, tricks (and tumbles), and letting me pick their brains as I build out my own business.”

A Natural Move for Markle’s Expanding Business Portfolio
While female-founder podcasts are nothing new, this latest venture aligns perfectly with Markle’s post-royal business empire. She’s currently gearing up to launch As Ever, her new lifestyle brand, alongside her Netflix series, “With Love, Meghan.”
Building As Ever hasn’t been without challenges—Markle previously revealed in an interview with People that she ran into trademark issues with its original name, American Riviera Orchard. But setbacks haven’t slowed her down. She’s also been making strategic investments in consumer startups, attending high-profile networking events like the G9 Summer Summit in the Hamptons, where top-tier founders and investors gather.

The Sussexes and the Startup World
Markle isn’t the only one embracing the startup scene. Prince Harry is carving his own niche in the tech and wellness space, serving as chief impact officer at BetterUp, a company focused on mental health coaching. He also recently spoke at the UpFront Summit, a tech and venture capital event, about how technology can drive global change.
The couple has also brought on Meredith Maines, a former marketing partner at Lightspeed Ventures, to lead communications, a clear signal that they’re taking their business ambitions seriously.
